Frustration is a sign. No matter what your experience and expertise, it's easy to get frustrated as you step out to accomplish new goals. Progress is frustrating as you attempt to take steps and make the right moves that will lead you to success.
Let frustration be your guide to moving forward, not a crutch to hold you back. Let frustration be the message telling you to do something, even just one thing. I am a firm believer that every thing you do moves you away from your current spot to a new spot. If you take steps all the time, you are moving forward.
Frustration is much better than depression. Let frustration be your friend. Take advantage of this new world of instant communication and ideas and use the frustration to identify one thing you can do today that will help you on with any goal you have now. Pick something you want to know more about or improve. One thing, please. Then, if your resources are tight, go to the nearest library and research. Check out a book, magazine, cd, or dvd about your current issue and open your mind to new information.
Get yourself a notebook and for each day, take a page and make some notes about how you are doing, what you are doing, and what results you are getting. Over a period of time , especially if you just keep working on your issues on day at a time, you'll be able to see how much progress you have made.
Taking action is something to be proud of and as you get results it will build your confidence and self-esteem and serve to help you move ahead.
